Hi, I’m Chrissy!

I’m so happy you’re here. I'm an adventurer at heart, you'll find me hiking Colorado trails with my dog Blue, planning my next trip, or soaking in a sound bath. I'm a self-proclaimed "woo girlie" who believes healing is both psychological and sacred.

Off the clock, I recharge with quiet mornings, puppy cuddles, tea, good girlfriends, and always chocolate.

I have been a therapist for over 15 years and show up as my authentic self in sessions, humor included. I know how important it is to be able to relate to your therapist. I thoroughly enjoy my work and creating a safe space for others to heal.
